Unblock Emails

To locate and unblock emails (remove emails from the blacklist) in your Webmail portal follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into Webmail (webmail.demosphere.com)
  2. In the upper right-hand corner find the Settings option. Click Settings.
  3. Select the bullet point Spam Settings.
  4. Click on the tab that says Blacklist.
  5. If the person has been blacklisted, simply select their name in the "Blacklisted Domains & Email Addresses" and hit Delete. This will remove them from your blacklist e-mail.
