Exporting and Printing Applications

To access a print-friendly version of the team applications coming into your system, or to export the team applications, begin on the Elements Admin page and click on the Team Application Manager link.

Under the Review Team Applications category, click on the Received Applications link. The link will take you to a table that shows all of the applications received by your tournament thus far, broken down by their current status.

Every box in the table will appear as # | x p r.

  • The number represents the number of teams that have applied in that cateogry.
  • The X stands for export and allows you to export certain information from the team application into Excel.
  • The P stands for Print and lets you print the applications in that box. You can either click on the P for a certain division or click on the P at the bottom of the page where the total is located.

Clicking the export button requires you to check-off which information you would like to include in your exported file.

After you are looking at the export screen, follow these three quick steps to turn it into an Excel file:

  • Type Ctrl-A
  • Type Ctrl-C
  • Bring up a new Excel worksheet, type Ctrl-V, and now it's an Excel file

  2. Hover on the line between any two columns, click and drag it fairly wide
