It's that time of year! You need to share your registration data with your State Association to ensure your players and coaches have things in place such as passes, roster approvals, insurance and background checks.

Sending your data to your State Association's platform just got even easier with Demosphere's new External Team ID feature!

Simply edit the team in the season structure, enter in the team ID from your State Association's system into the Demosphere system, and include this data field in your export file. When you import the player data into the State system, all players will be placed onto the correct rosters!

This significantly reduces the manual process of having to rebuild teams and rosters on the State's platform.

Keep in mind, if your State Association is taking advantage of the Demosphere platform, there is no need to do these manual steps. All Club data can be synced automatically to State Associations using the Demosphere system.
