Send Email Communication to Team Registration Order Submitters

 

Full Admins and Commissioners/Registrars with permissions to the Communication product can now use the Demosphere Universal Communication tool to communicate directly with Team Registration order submitters. Whether needing to follow up with team registrants on outstanding payments or alerting incomplete order submitters to log in and start a new registration - the available filters will allow for numerous combinations to target the right audience via email.

 

When creating a new message, follow the steps below to utilize the ‘Registrations’ recipient type: 
 

  1. From the Demosphere Universal Experience dashboard click Communications > Compose New Message.  

  1. On the Recipient Type menu choose Registrations and use the available filters to select your target audience for the message.  

    • Example: The screenshot below shows filter options selected for submitters in the State Cup 2023 season with their registration submissions in the ‘Incomplete’ status. 

  1. Once your target recipient group has been selected, you can click View Receipts to review the list of recipients included in the group.

    • Note: If a recipient is associated with multiple registrations they will only show once in the recipient list.   

  1. Compose your message as necessary and click Send Now to immediately send the message or click Save Draft. Draft messages will be saved to your Drafts folder where they can be edited and sent at a later time.
