How to view and export club team member data

Full Admins, Commissioners, Registrars and Team Staff with permission can now view club player and club team staff custom data from the Registrations products and on Team Pages to quickly view and update the team rosters based on team members' custom data values. 

From the Registrations product:

  1. From the Demosphere Universal dashboard click Registrations and use the dropdown menus to choose your competition/season.

  2. On the Reports menu choose Rostered Players or Rostered Staff.  


 

  1. For seasons that are connected to a Seasonal Scope, custom column headings can be included on the report view where information can then be searched, filtered, sorted, or exported to view team members matching the criteria. To add in columns, click on the mini menu next to the Reports dropdown and select Configure Table Columns.  


 

  1. Scroll down on the Configure Table Columns dialog box and click Filter and Show for each response you wish to display on the Rostered Players or Rostered Staff view. Once complete, click Save. When columns have been added, sort and filter options are available to organize responses.  

  1. Selections made from the Configure Table Column area will display on the Rostered Players or Rostered Staff view. From these views, you can then search, sort, filter, and export data as needed.  

 

From the Teams Page:

  1. Once on a Team page, click on the mini menu above the Rostered Staff or Rostered Players section and select Configure Table Columns
     


 

  1. Scroll down on the Configure Table Columns dialog box and click Filter and Show for each response you wish to display on the Rostered Staff or Rostered Players section. Once complete, click Save. When columns have been added, sort and filter options are available to organize responses.  
     

 

 

 

Note: Permissions to view club team member data will vary based on the permission option selected within the data attribute settings (Data Reporting & Management > Custom Data Management > Data Categories > Team Staff or Players).

  • Public Users: Full Admins, Commissioners, and Registrars with access to the season, and Club Admin s will be able to view custom team member data
  • Full Admin Users: Only Full Admin users will be able to view custom team member data
  • Full Admin and Limited Access Users: Full Admins, Commissioners, and Registrars with access to the season will be able to view custom team member data
  • Full Admin, Limited Access, and Club Admins: Full Admins, Commissioners, and Registrars with access to the season, and Club Admin users will be able to view custom team member data
