Deleting Incomplete Team Registrations


In order to keep team registration records organized full admins, commissioners, and registrars with permissions can remove incomplete registration records from the Team Registrations report. Submitters who do not fully complete the Team Registration process are unable to restart their registration from where they left off and will need to start their team’s registration from the beginning to be successfully registered into the season.
 

  1. Click Registrations from the Demosphere Universal Experience dashboard and then select your competition/ season. On the reports drop-down menu choose Team Registrations

  2. Locate any incomplete registrations within the Team Registrations report view. You can simply scroll through the list of registrations or use the filter and sort feature on the Status column to group all incomplete registrations in one area. 
     


 

  1. Under row actions click on the delete icon adjacent to the listing for the incomplete team registration. On the confirmation dialog click Remove to delete the registration. The incomplete registration will no longer appear within the Team Registration report or the Registrations Overview report.
