Collect File Uploads for Team Registrations

Use the File Upload input item on your custom team registration forms to collect any number of uploaded files during the team registration process. 

To add this new form item:

  • Navigation to the Registrations product and select your Competition and Season

  • Click on the Forms tab and open the option to add input items

  • Select the File Upload option

  • You will be prompted to provide a data name and an item label as well as have the ability to designate if the upload is required or not

    • Data Name: This will be the name of the header on your team registration report

    • Item Label: This will be the text the user seems on the upload button during the registration process

  • Save and position the input item on your form section. All changes will be automatically saved. 

  • Repeat this process for additional form upload needs on your form.

 

Team registration order submitters will see the file upload option on the form during the public registration process. Once they have successfully uploaded a file, a green check mark will appear.

 

To view uploaded files:

 

All uploaded files can be viewed on the Team Registration Report. Clicking on the file will download the uploaded file to your computer.

The file is also accessible on the team’s submitted team registration form as well.
