Setting Permissions for Team Staff to update Game Details

  1. From the Demosphere Universal dashboard select Schedules > choose your competition/season using the dropdown menus. 

  2. Click on the edit button at the season or grouping level and select Permissions.

  3. Switch the “Allow Team Staff to manage their existing Home Games” to On.

    • Note: When Team Staff are modifying game details, the game conflict verifications will run to ensure changes do not clash with existing scheduled play.

  4. Once complete, click Save.  

Note: The switch “Allow Team Staff to View Games Schedules on Team Pages and mobile app” will need to be set to ON so game schedules can be displayed for editing.
