All games that are originally created and synced from Elements Schedules to the Demosphere Schedules view can be modified directly on Demosphere Team Pages, Referee Management, or Demosphere Schedules views. All modifications made directly on these views will be reflected back on the corresponding Elements Schedules game record so that all data stays in sync. Game information will properly update the public website content and continue to send the ‘Game Changes' emails out from Elements Schedules.  

 

As a refresher, game information can be edited using the following views:

• Team Pages - On the Team Page all future games can be modified by Admins and also by Team Staff who have been given access to edit games.  

 

• Schedules -  Within Schedules on the Game Schedules report game details can be modified and removed as needed.  

Note: Games cannot be deleted from this view if sourced from Elements Schedules. Games sourced from Elements Schedules must be removed directly in the Elements Scheduling Administration view. 

 

• Referee Management - Under the Game Assignment view click the down arrow to expose game details and the Edit Game button. When the Edit Game option is selected, game information can be modified.
